• Articles must adhere to ethical writing standards and not include hate speech, offensive material, illegal content, or misleading information.

• Writers must follow SEO best practices and FairWriter.com’s content formatting guidelines.

• AI-generated or copied content without significant human editing is strictly prohibited.

• Content must comply with Google AdSense policies, including restrictions on prohibited topics such as adult content, violence, misleading information, and any content that may lead to policy violations.

• FairWriter.com reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

3. Earnings & Payment Structure

• FairWriter.com generates revenue through Google AdSense, and a portion of this revenue is distributed to writers based on article performance.

• Earnings are calculated using a CPM (Cost Per Mille) model, meaning writers earn based on valid ad impressions and engagement.

• Payments are made through the designated payment methods listed on our website.

• A minimum earnings threshold must be reached before withdrawing funds.

• Any fraudulent activities, such as artificially inflating views, engaging in click fraud, or violating AdSense policies, will lead to account suspension and earnings forfeiture.

4. Content Ownership & Licensing

• Writers retain the copyright of their original content but grant FairWriter.com a non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish, distribute, and monetize the content.

• Once published, articles cannot be removed without prior approval from FairWriter.com.

• Writers must ensure they have the rights to any images, videos, or external content used in their articles, and all media must comply with AdSense policies.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

• FairWriter.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Google AdSense policies.

• Any earnings accumulated from fraudulent activities will be withheld.

• Writers may request account closure anytime, but earnings below the withdrawal threshold may not be paid.

6. Modifications to Terms

• FairWriter.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

• Writers will be notified of significant changes, and continued platform use implies acceptance of the revised terms.
